TABLE INCOTERMS 2020

The International Chamber of Commerce in 1936 established the INCOTERMS regulatory standard, to determine the burdens and responsibilities of the subjects involved in each transport of goods. Knowing the risks and responsibilities of the parties in the event that the goods are damaged during transport is of fundamental importance for the seller and the buyer of the goods, but it is equally important for the shipper and for the carrier who carries out the transfer of the goods.

The latest version of the INCOTERMS clauses has been in force since 01 January 2020 with the aim of adapting to the most recent changes in international trade regulations. We report below the synoptic table of responsibilities.
